Ailuronics Wiki

About Us

Ailuronics is a data analytics platform developed jointly by teams in Hong Kong and Tokyo, dedicated to redefining how people understand the crypto market.

In today's market environment, most on-chain data and analytics tools are designed primarily for professional traders. Their complexity and high learning threshold make it difficult for general users to intuitively understand market changes and structure.

Ailuronics was built to solve this exact problem.

We turn abstract and fragmented on-chain data into visual and structured analysis, transforming holder distribution, fund flows, liquidity shifts, and market sentiment into interactive experiences that are viewable, comparable, and understandable.

We believe data should not serve only a small group of professional traders. More people should be able to clearly see market dynamics and make more rational decisions.

Ailuronics is not just a data tool; it is an exploration platform that makes complex markets understandable.

Donutmap

Donutmap is Ailuronics' on-chain visualization product. It organizes token holder distribution, fund and behavior signals, and timeline-based market context into interactive, comparable charts and interfaces.

We aim to lower the barrier for general users to read on-chain data, helping you understand structural changes and trends more intuitively instead of facing raw tables and indicators.

More product details and usage guides will continue to be updated in this Wiki. You can also visit donutmap.ailuronics.com to experience the latest features.

Why Pump.fun

From the very beginning, Ailuronics was built around the idea of creating a fair, transparent, and accessible launch model.

Choosing to launch on Pump.fun was a deliberate decision based on several key considerations.

First is fair launch.
We do not conduct presales or private allocations. Every participant enters on equal footing, avoiding early capital advantages and allowing the market to reflect genuine supply and demand.

Second is contract safety and risk reduction.
Pump.fun utilizes standardized smart contracts, reducing the risks associated with custom contract vulnerabilities. This allows users to participate with greater confidence, while enabling our team to focus on building and refining the product itself.

Third is distribution and exposure.
Pump.fun has an active user base and strong organic traffic, helping projects gain early visibility and engagement, which is crucial during the initial stages.

Finally-and most importantly-data visualization and engagement.
The dynamics of trading and liquidity on Pump.fun are inherently visual and interactive. This aligns closely with Ailuronics' core philosophy: transforming complex data into intuitive, visual experiences. The launch and trading process becomes not just a financial activity, but something observable, analyzable, and engaging.

We believe this approach lowers the barrier to participation while making market behavior easier to understand.

Ailuronics will continue to focus on turning complex data into accessible insights, and our launch on Pump.fun is a natural extension of that vision.

Refund Policy

Last updated: March 28, 2026

1. No refunds

All fees and payments made through Ailuronics for paid features, subscriptions, token listing applications, boosts, advertisements, or any other chargeable Services are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital access or processing services that begin or are committed at the time of payment, and that you will not receive a refund if you change your mind, stop using the Services, or if an application or campaign does not produce a particular market or listing outcome.

2. Listing applications and competitive submissions

Where multiple users apply for the same token or overlapping listing scenarios, platform rules (including order of receipt) may determine which application proceeds. Fees paid by applicants whose applications do not proceed under those rules may be handled as described in the applicable product or checkout notice; otherwise, the general rule in Section 1 applies.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

Subscription and plan fees cover the stated access period or entitlement. Unused time, partial periods, downgrades, or voluntary cancellation do not create a right to a refund unless we expressly state otherwise at the point of purchase.

4. Failed or reversed on-chain payments

If a blockchain transaction fails, is rejected by your wallet, or is reverted on-chain, no charge should complete; any edge cases involving network or third-party wallet behavior are resolved in line with on-chain records and support review, not as a blanket refund guarantee.

5. Errors, abuse, and chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in clear error (for example, duplicate charge for the same confirmed purchase), contact support with details. We may correct genuine billing mistakes at our discretion. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in restriction of access pending resolution.

We may refuse service or withhold deliverables where we detect fraud, abuse of promotions, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of paid features after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.

7. Contact

For billing or refund questions, contact support@ailuronics.com.
